DESCRIPTION:LEE & NANCY BUECHLER AND SRQ99s SCHOLARSHIP – $2,000\nThe Sarasota Ladybugs Chapter is offering this scholarship on behalf of Nancy and Lee Buechler to a current Southeast Section 99s member, who is active in the 99s chapter and serious about her pursuit of a return to flying after an extended time away (minimum two years) – towards a Rusty Pilot Rejuvenation.\nAdditional requirements:\n\nTWO (2) letters of recommendation:\n\n\na 99s Chapter Chair or Co-Chair; and\nyour CFI or someone who has flown with you.\n\n\nPlease make sure to include answers to all of the essay questions (see Item 4 of the Scholarship Registry application instructions), and including:\n\n\nWhat is your level of financial need on scale 1 (low) and 5 (high) and why?\nWhat flight school are you enrolled in or planning to be enrolled in?\nHow frequently do you participate with your local 99s chapter and in what role?\nHow long was your absence from flying and why?\n\n\nCopy of FAA written test results, if required\nCopy of the last three pages of your logbook\n\nLimitations:\n\nActive member of the Southeast Section and your local chapter\nProof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency\nCurrently enrolled in a flight school.
