Aviation & Aerospace Workforce Development (AAWD) Program

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Association of Ontario (AMEAO) is proud to be the lead of the Aviation & Aerospace Workforce Development (AAWD) program. AAWD has been developed to directly support our members, companies and organizations in the Aviation and Aerospace sectors in Ontario.

We have selected a number of highly qualified trainers to deliver a wide variety of relevant skill based technical and non-technical programs to support important learning initiatives such as continuous improvement and expand your personal and on the job capabilities.

You may take one (1) program only so we may offer the training to as many participants as possible within the AAWD program from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
