Toronto Pearson Career Expo
The Toronto Pearson Career Expo connects job seekers with career opportunities across Canada’s largest airport ecosystem. The event brings together airport employers, workforce partners, training providers and community organizations to strengthen pathways to employment and support future workforce development.
The Career Expo is designed to help build a strong and sustainable workforce. By connecting employment-ready individuals with employers, the event increases awareness of the diverse careers available at Toronto Pearson and supports long-term career development.
The Career Expo advances inclusive hiring and workforce participation. The event engages youth, women, newcomers and other equity-deserving groups while helping employers build a diverse and representative workforce. It also introduces young people to careers in aviation and the airport ecosystem, helping them gain insights into the skills, education, and pathways needed to enter and grow within the industry.
