YEG “We’ll Move You” Bursary

Edmonton International Airport (YEG) is Canada’s fifth-busiest airport by passenger traffic and the largest major Canadian airport by land area, contributing to more than $3.2 billion in economic output. Serving over eight million passengers per year and offering non-stop connections to destinations across Canada, the US, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe, EIA is very excited to be partnering with Elevate Aviation to help more women enter into diverse careers in aviation. This bursary will be awarded to women in the Edmonton Metro Region who are interested in entering into a career in aviation. Special consideration will be given to technical or mechanical fields in the industry.

$500 will be awarded to successful applicants.

Eligibility:

• Must be female and residing in the Edmonton Metro Region
• Must be entering into a career in aviation
• Must show financial need
• A passion for aviation
• A willingness to work hard
