Description
Two (2) Economy Class round trip promotional tickets for travel within North America, the Caribbean, or Hawaii on Air Canada’s flights (Excluding Mexico City). Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. Tickets are valid for travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Express, and Air Canada Rouge scheduled flights only (not valid on Star Alliance partners or code-sharing carriers). Certain conditions and blackout periods apply. Valued at CAD 2,100$
Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations must be booked, ticketed and travelled no later than December 31 2027
2. Tickets are valid on-board Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada rouge scheduled flights only from the major Canadian airport served by Air Canada closest to the promotional ticket user’s place of residence. This does not include Air Canada’s alliance partners, Star Alliance members, code sharing and charter flights;
3. Flight reservation is subject to availability;
4. Please note that once the tickets have been issued, origin and destination cannot be changed;
5. Any changes to flight time, date of travel will be subject to a change fee;
6. Tickets are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash
7. Upgrades are not permitted under any circumstances;
8. Transportation is subject to availability at time of reservation;
9. Blackout date restrictions are applicable (See table below);
10. Frequent Flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted on promotional tickets;
11. Promotional ticket recipients are responsible for all insurance, surcharges (including for fuel), taxes (including without limitation any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) and any applicable air departure/arrival and airport taxes), fees and other applicable charges, all of which will be payable with a credit card at time of booking;
12. Promotional ticket recipient are responsible for any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals and entertainment; costs incurred to and from the departure point, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired; obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas and complying with customs immigrations regulations;
13. If tickets are lost, they are not replaceable. If there is an issue with the code, please contact the Air Canada promotional ticket coordinator by e-mail: community.collectivites@aircanada.ca; and
14. Promotional ticket recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their ticket or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
